Tangy Cocktail Ribs

Have your butcher or do this yourself cut the ribs into single ribs and one inch pieces.

3 lbs baby back ribs
½ cup bar-b-que sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
(drained)
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

1. Soak a clay pot in cool tap water 10 to 15 minutes
2. Place ribs in the base of the clay pot, cover and microwave at 100% full power for 15 minutes (5 minutes for each pound)
3. Mix remaining ingredients in a 4 cup glass measuring cup and set aside
4. Drain off all liquid from ribs. Stir, moving all the ribs on the bottom to the top.
5. Microwave, covered at medium 50% power for 20 minutes.
6. Drain off all the liquid from the ribs, stir moving ribs from bottom to top
7. Pour the sauce over all the ribs
8. Microwave, covered at medium 50% power for 25 minutes. 

Let stand covered for 10 minutes

Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy
